However, no such comments or requests shall be interpreted as binding terms and conditions, nor is Swindon Group required to seek customer approval should it be unable to meet these special requests. Swindon Group's processing of an order containing such comments or requests shall not be interpreted as acceptance of these comments or requests unless explicitly agreed as to by Swindon Group in writing.
